About Breeders Cup Advance Racetrack
The Oak Tree Racing Association at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California will host the 25th running of the Breeders' Cup World Championships on Friday, October 24th and Saturday, October 25, 2008.
With the introduction of a one-mile synthetic racing surface last year, Santa Anita will be the first Breeders' Cup site to hold the main track portion of the program on a synthetic surface. There will also be three new races added to the Breeders' Cup for 2008. With the increased number of contenders and more purses up for grabs, this year's event gives horseracing enthusiasts more to think about, more to debate and more to bet on. Breeders' Cup betting for all races will be available in the Bodog Racebook.
