Bodog rolls out new look just in time for the Super Bowl

Bodog Sportsbook, Casino and Poker launched an updated version of their Web site earlier this week, making Bodog more user-friendly just in time for the biggest betting event of the year, the Super Bowl.

"We've been working on a few minor adjustments since the start of football season," said Rob Gillespie, President of Bodog. "We're always trying to improve on our player experience and I strongly believe this is a better product than our previous offering."

Gillespie also wanted to take the acceptable level of accountability and transparency for reputable on-line sportsbooks to the next level by adding a comprehensive 'About Us' section to the site.

"With the About Us section we really put it all out there for everybody to see what we're about," said Gillespie. "We've got nothing to hide and feel players should be able to get a real look at who they're playing with."

Gillespie also wanted to make himself more accessible to Bodog players and his personal email address, rob@Bodog.com, is available throughout the Bodog web site.

"I take care of every email that comes to me," said Gillespie. "Whether it's a compliment or a complaint, I make sure it's dealt with. I stand behind our product and I feel it's important that players know that they can always get directly in contact with someone in management."

One of the marked improvements that existing customers will notice is the easier login process. To access your account at any time simply click on any wager type, the casino icon (to begin playing in the casino), 'Open Bets' or the 'Cashier' icon.

The new 'Cashier' link actually replaces the 'My Account' link, another step in making the players' time on the Bodog site better. Clicking on 'Cashier' allows players to view their account statement and make any deposits or withdrawals.

"What better time to debut a new look than right before the biggest football game of the year?," said Gillespie. "Our customers won't notice too much difference in terms of the overall look. They'll just find it easier to use than the previous version."

Another feature of the new look is that up to the minute scores for all major sports are now available right on the lines pages.

"We based all of the changes of the look and operation of the site on feedback from our players," said Gillespie. "One of the things our player-base wanted was easier access to scores of the big games, so we gave it to them."
