DRAW PERIOD:

Draw entry begins at 9:00 a.m. EST July 11th , 2008 and ends at 9:00 a.m. EST Sep 3rd 2008 ("Entry Period")
The Draw will begin at the beginning of the Entry Period and shall end at 9:00 a.m. EST Sep 10th, 2008 unless earlier terminated by Sponsor (the "Draw Period").

ELIGIBILITY HOW TO WIN

- are twenty-one (21) years of age or older (or of such age as constitutes the 'age of majority' in participant's jurisdiction if greater than 21);
- hold or register for a valid www.bodoglife.com player account (including an accurate, functioning e-mail address) ("Account"); and
- register for the Draw and place a minimum $10 bet in Bodog Racebook.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, representatives, agents, promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Draw, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, regardless of where they live) and individuals residing in the same household (whether or not related) of those employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate.
By participating, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Draw.
Sponsor, affiliates, sales representatives, participating retailers, distributors and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this promotion are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries. Entrant must include all data requested for the Draw entry to be valid.
Each separate minimum $10 bet placed in Bodog Racebook shall entitle Entrant to one (1) ballot. Winners shall be selected at random from all ballots. Odds of winning depend upon number of valid entries and ballots received. Multiple ballots may be entered for the same Entrant, but each Entrant is entitled to win a maximum of one prize.

PRIZES

GRAND PRIZE. Trip for two to California during the Breeders' Cup® race. The Grand Prize Trip includes: coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near winner's physical place of residence at time of entry as chosen by the Sponsor to Los Angeles California; three (3) nights' hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor) for October 23, 24, 25, 2008; one (1) double occupancy room (does not include meals, room service, or other incidentals); ground transportation to/from hotel and to/from at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California; US$500 spending money; and Sponsor will either acquire directly or reimburse for two (2) tickets for the Breeders' Cup races on October 24 and 25, 2008. Prize winner and guest must room together and travel together on same itinerary and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid government-issued photo ID) prior to departure. Prize winner's guest must be 21 years of age or older. Prize winner is responsible for meals, taxes, gratuities, other ground transportation and all other expenses not expressly specified herein. Travel arrangements are to be determined and are subject to availability and some restrictions may apply. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,500. Actual value of prize may vary based on point of origination and airfare fluctuations.
SECOND PRIZE One (1) Blackberry® BoldTM smartphone with pre-installed Bodog® Mobile CasinoTM software (approximate retail value $500).
THIRD PRIZE One (1) Blackberry® BoldTM smartphone with pre-installed Bodog® Mobile CasinoTM software (approximate retail value $500).
FOURTH PRIZE One (1) Blackberry® BoldTM smartphone with pre-installed Bodog® Mobile CasinoTM software (approximate retail value $500).
FIFTH PRIZE One (1) $500 Amazon.com® gift card.
SIXTH PRIZE $250 eCash deposited into winner's Account.
SEVENTH PRIZE $100 eCash deposited into winner's Account.
EIGHTH PRIZE $100 eCash deposited into winner's Account.
NINTH PRIZE $100 eCash deposited into winner's Account.
TENTH PRIZE $100 eCash deposited into winner's Account.

* Blackberry® BoldTM smartphone prizes are only available to entrants that either have or are willing to sign up for an AT&T plan. In the event that such a winner does not have or refuses to sign up for such a plan, a substitute prize of $250 eCash shall be awarded.

WINNERS

Potential winners' eligibility shall be verified by Sponsor prior to the declaration of a winner's status. Potential prize winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, and publicity release within seven (7) calendar days after notice is sent, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting.
No purchase is necessary in order to enter the Draw.
Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) prize.
Winners will be contacted as soon as practicable by Sponsor following the end of the Draw Period by either telephone or email by a customer service representative of Sponsor or Sponsor's designee.
Potential prize winners may be required to answer a skill-testing question to receive their Prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's and guest's consent that their name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Potential Entrants may be asked to submit identification in order to establish eligibility. eCash Prizes shall be deposited directly into the winning Entrants' Accounts. Technical or other requirements may require that the Prize deposits are made by means of more multiple deposits of smaller amounts. Prizes or amounts otherwise provided in relation to the Draw that consist of deposits to Entrant's Accounts may not be immediately withdrawn from the Entrant's Account.; such amounts will be deposited as "eCash amounts and will be subject to the following rollover requirements: 3 x the Prize in the Sportsbook; 15 x the Prize in the Casino; 3:1 poker points per Prize dollar. For the purposes of the foregoing "rolled over" means that the Entrant's total betting action must meet the amount deposited as the Prize at the ratios listed above. If a withdrawal is made before the prize terms are met, all bonus funds in addition to any money earned by wagering the Prize will be forfeited. If a travel prize, the prize winner's guest may also be required to complete, sign, and return an acceptable affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, and publicity release prior to the trip. Any necessary alternate winners will be selected in a similar random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's and guest's consent that their name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent. Entrants agree (a) that Sponsor, its clients, parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively, the "Releasees") are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize, or participation in this Draw, or any Draw- or Prize-related activities and (b) winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the perpetual, worldwide right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, video, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; (c) Entrant's contact information may be provided to Draw co-marketers, partners, or Prize providers. Entrant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, suits, proceedings, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses arising from or related to the Entrant's participation in the Draw or acceptance or use of Prizes. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE DRAW, ANY PRIZE, OR PORTION OF ANY PRIZE FURNISHED IN CONNECTION WITH THE DRAW. If a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in a manner determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, time permitting. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error herein, administration of the Draw or in the announcement of Prizes. Only the stated Prizes will be awarded. Sponsor shall have the right to terminate or amend the Draw or the Draw rules at any time in its sole discretion, without notice and without liability of any kind. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, in the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Draw, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Draw is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Draw without further obligation. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Draw. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Draw is sponsored by AG Marketing Solutions and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Antigua, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules, and the courts of Antigua shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any dispute arising out of or relating to the Draw or the Prizes.
