Cleveland covered the 3-point spread, while the combined score fell UNDER the posted total of 179.
James finished with 12 rebounds to complete a double-double for the Cavaliers.
Kevin Garnett shot 11-for-21 from the field with 25 points and eight rebounds for the Celtics.
